In the daytime check out the masterpieces painted across the buildings. At night party till you can’t; responsibly of course😁. Every 2nd Saturday of the month is the free Art Walk, just follow the music you’ll find it.

To Out of Towners it’s just a convenience store/gas station, to locals it’s the random weekend meet-up spot for car enthusiasts, car clubs and atv/dirt bike riders. Added bonus: they have great shakes.

Drive!!!
Public transportation is only convenient in heavily populated areas. Lyft/Uber are EXPENSIVE especially when coming or going to the beach or downtown. Get a rental if possible.

Parking is cheaper during the weekdays, early in the morning, or after 10pm/11pm.

Parking Dangers!!!
There are a lot of shady people offering parking in downtown areas and by the beaches. If they aren’t wearing reflective vests like construction workers or have a sign stating their fees they most likely are not legal services. They will happily charge you a fee for parking in a lot, then rob your car of any valuables and steal the wheels off your car while they’re at it. BE CAREFUL!!!
