Go straight to 12th level, and visit the stores in each level going down to the next level through the stairs. It is not pretty, but you can have many, many options and at a good price

If the swimming pool is closed, ask the waiter to give you access to the view (a small path inside the bar). Warning: there are some elevators that don´t have direct access to 30th level (they stop on the 29th).
