Ekberg was first established in 1852. We definately feel that Ekberg is the best place to have brunch in Helsinki. Ekberg is quite small so you do have to make a reservation https://www.ekberg.fi/fi/kahvila/brunssi/. The food is really good and the atmosphere is cozy.

As always Hard Rock cafe offeres nice American style food. My tips would be to order potato skins and a mojito. The potato skins are not listed on the menu, but they do serve them on request.

Shopping
I find Akateeminen kirjakauppa to be one of the best book/stationary (notebooks, pens, arts...) stores in Helsinki, so I definitely reccomend you check it out if you are into that sort of thing :)

Mall of Tripla was opened in 2019 and is the biggest shopping mall in Scandinavia when measured by the number of shops. It is located above Pasila train station. So when you take the train just hop off when they announce Pasila.

The old town of Porvoo is said to bee very beautifull if not the most beautifull town in Finland. There are several museums, good restaurants and nice small shops and the town itself is very picturesque.

Korkeasaari a lovely zoo located in Helsinki. It is on an island so it is very peaceful. In the summer the peacocks walk freely on the island. Korkeasaari zoo is very committed to wildlife conservation and there are even some species which have completely disappeared from the wild such as the Pére David's deer.
