This is a hot spot during the beach season. It is a restaurant during the day and converts to a beach bar/club in the evenings. If you want to try a "diesel fuel" you might want to Uber back home ;)

This is the boardwalk on the North side of the island. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars on the boardwalk here. To the west is what is referred to by the locals as "Mom beach". Mom beach is on the sound where the water is much calmer and safer for small children.

This is the US Navy's museum of Aviation. There are many, many aircraft on display from the Navy's rich flight history. Pensacola is the Cradle of Naval Aviation and home to the US Navy Blue Angels!

This is our local minor league baseball team. The ticket prices are reasonable, the food is good and the stadium is located right on beautiful Pensacola Bay in Downtown Pensacola.

They Bay Center is home to the Pensacola Ice Flyers of the Southern Professional Hockey League. If you're visiting between October and April, check their schedule. It's a great time!

Walk, Uber, trolley or take the Ferry!
Most of the poplar beach destinations are within a reasonable walking distance, however there are plenty of modes of transportation to get you wherever you would like to go. The Ferry is relatively new to Pensacola Beach, but it has several stops on the island as well as a dock in Downtown Pensacola.

US Navy Blue Angels
During their Airshow season the Blue Angels Fly the beach shoreline on their return home to NAS Pensacola. They usually return home on Sunday evenings around 6-630pm and the Condo's balcony is a wonderful place to catch a glimpse of them flying in their signature formation! Be ready though, because they fly by pretty quick!

Relax, you're at the beach. You'll notice most of the people on the beach, especially those that live there, have a pretty care free attitude. Embrace it, you're at a place some only get to dream of ;)
