Taxi is very cheap, safe and accurate
If you want to travel from airport or to some shopping center around Sofia, use the taxi service instead public transport. Its faster, comfortable and at the same price.

Exchange money
Bulgarian currency is LEV, and it converts to euro at 1,95 LEV for 1 EUR. All banks have same exchange rates, so you dont need to worry about. You can withdraw from any ATM in the city, it will always notify you about the transaction fee. You can pay with cards everywhere, except taxis. Always on fixed rate!
