A great lake for the family and dogs. There is a separate dog beach fully fenced in so the pooch can go off lead and have a swim. There are also great hiking trails and fantastic mountain scenery. Go early on the weekends if you want to get a parking spot.

Buntzen Lake
A great lake for the family and dogs. There is a separate dog beach fully fenced in so the pooch can go off lead and have a swim. There are also great hiking trails and fantastic mountain scenery. Go early on the weekends if you want to get a parking spot.
White Pine Beach is great for sunbathing and swimming. It is not dog friendly but you can take dogs around the side of the lake where they can swim. There is a trail from the bottom parking lot that takes you along side the lake where you can choose a secluded spot for your own but go early on the weekends if you want to get a parking spot.
The views are amazing and the water is warmer than at Buntzen lake.

Fantastic family park with a playground, waterpark, huge grassy area and a band stand that often has live music. You can also get take-out fish & chips or ice-cream. There is an outdoor pool that is generally open in the summer throughout the day.
