From our pickles to our pie crust we believe that good food is rooted in the way our grandparents used to cook. Real good food made from scratch.
Our critically acclaimed pies are baked by our very own talented pie-makers, we have a nicely curated liquor and beer list, well crafted signature cocktails, a lovely daily menu that includes breakfast all day and a belly-warming weekend brunch menu complete with handmade buttermilk biscuits and house-infused bloody marys.

Pulling inspiration from their time living in the San Francisco Bay Area, they sought to bring fresh Latin cuisine to Milwaukee. Using beef and produce from Wendy's family's farm, supporting local farmers, and growing produce at their own urban garden, Café Corazón has been committed to serving the freshest local fare for both meat eaters and vegan/vegetarians. They later expanded to Bay View in early 2016 and Mequon in 2019. They take pride in knowing each location shares the same commitment to sourcing local food while offering a unique dining experience.

Built in 1929, the entire theater is styled with a Spanish motif. That old-world elegance won’t be lost with the renovation. The lobby elements are being restored to their original grandeur, while new, modern elements will enhance the historic character. The unique ceiling in the theater, which used incandescent bulbs to mimic a night sky, has been updated to use LED lights and fiber optic light cables configured to look like Granada, Spain. While I toured the theater, representatives of the Neighborhood Theater Group gave a demonstration of the ceiling, including the ability to the launch two shooting stars towards the screen.
