2 minute walk from the flat, this lovely flower market is on every Sunday and is definitely worth checking out (it's very Insta-friendly). It does get very busy so I recommend going as early in the morning as you can.

Spitafield is a great indoor market where you can find a wide selection of foods, artisanal and clothes stalls. The market is also surrounded by more mainstream shops so it has everything you need to fulfil your shopping needs. And it's just a 15 minute walk from the flat!

10 min walk from the flat, Brick Lane is the heart of Shoreditch. There you can enjoy beautiful street art, exotic food stalls, thrift shops and hipster coffee places among other things.

If you like modern art, Whitechapel Gallery frequently has interesting exhibitions from different contemporary artists. It's quite a small museum so 1 hour is usually enough to see it all.

Food Scene
If you want a taste of the Middle East, Delamina is the place to go. Aside from the delicious food, the staff is very friendly and interior is lovely. Just next to Spitafield Market, it's one of my favourite restaurants in Shoreditch.

Som Saa is one of our favourite Thai restaurants in Shoreditch. The dishes are packed with flavour and the restaurant has a cool interior design. Located near Aldgate, it takes about 15 minute to walk there from the flat.

The restaurant of the Hoxton Hotel serves great food and it's one our favourite brunch spots. If you just want a coffee it also has cosy sofas by the fireplace.
