Located in Tahoe City. Looking to hang out with the locals, or craving a burger, fries and a beer then this is the spot. Pony up to the bar or get a booth. The bigger the tip the nicer the service. Leave the ego at the door.

Located in Tahoe City. Foods good, ambiance is good and the bar scene is fun if you can get a seat. Locals favorite. They also have outside seating(summer only) and a fire pit(winter and summer).

D.L Bliss is a great spot to hang out for the day. Access is only permitted in Summer and Fall. Beautiful beach with spectacular views. There's also a great hike called the Rubicon Trail and an entrance fee to get in. The parking fills up quick so it's important to get out to this location early in the morning.

Make sure to take a walk over to the Village Inn Squaw Valley, lots of shops and restaurants. in Summer I suggest packing a lunch, hiking shoes, bathing suite, and taking the tram ride to High Camp. There's a large pool, bar and also views for miles. You can hike around the upper mountain or even hike down.
