This is a chain restaurant that has Portuguese Flame broiled chicken. It is spicy - and you can choose your level of heat. It is quite tasty - and offers a nice break from other fast food types. They provide various side dishes that can also be spicy or not.

A Great Sushi / Japanese restaurant. The food and the atmosphere are funky! This place is about 40 minutes from the house by car - but if you like Sushi it can be worth the drive. The place is decorated using paper mache - and it slogan is 'Miso Horny' (all done in fun). The food is great - in our opinion one of the best places for funky sushi in town.

Scott Road is a shopping area where you can get almost everything you might need. Besides all the restaurants, there are stores like Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Marks Work Warehouse, Staples, Home Depot, etc., etc. About 5 minutes away by car.

A fantastic place to visit! A large suspension bridge - sky walk - and a tree walk. It is about $35 - but worth the admission cost. Parking can be difficult as it fills up. There are other things to see while visiting the area - such as Cleaveland Dam, Grouse Mountain, etc.

A large beautiful park off of downtown (about 50 min from house). Contains many paths, a seawall walkway, aquarium and much more. Free admission to the park - but you do have to pay for the aquarium.
