LifeTime Fitness is a fitness luxury resort. You can go and take part in one of their many workout classes or just go to rest and relax in one of their outdoor pools. What I love about it is that there is a separate lap pool and lounge pool, as well as a massive water park for kids. With a Junior Membership, you also receive 2.5 hours of drop-off care daily for toddlers and up where they engage is active play. My friends with kids use this service not only so that they could get in their own workout, but they love the activities that the gym does with kids so it is very good for them too.
There is a poolside cafe and they deliver food right to you while you sit back in your lounge chair.
If you need to see a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Nutritionist, or a Message Therapist - all of these services are on-site.
You can get a one day free trial guest pass.
It's worth a visit - it's not your regular gym. If you're a fitness enthusiast, you'll be blown away.
