So its late at night you're still hungry but most places are closed and you don't want basic fast food? Landmark is the after hours eatery with a very wide selection of things to order from Wings to pasta. It's pretty good for some late night food.

Twisted Kitchen is a good create your own pasta spot i like it, if you're familiar with Vapiano in New York or London its similar.

This is about as fancy and impressive as it gets for a date or elegant diner Please keep in mind, they do ask for a business casual dress code. Enjoy diner in the sky with views of the city below accompanied by a great meal!
