Great place to go and be out in nature. They have some really cool trails. Trees from all around the world. A REALLY cool model train track that shows some of the history of the United states. Sometimes on the weekends they have family friendly concerts, with food trucks. Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets!

This is the center of downtown. Free family movies on Tuesday nights in the summer. Free concerts throughout the summer. Farmers markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. A splash pad for the kids during the summer days. Lots of good food choices all around. In the winter they turn the pavilion into an ice skating rink!

The most obvious reason to visit this park is that my backyard backs right up to it! There is a nice pavilion to gather in, plenty of open grass to picnic or relax in, playground for the kids and a nice basketball court!

Awesome local park. Features a little beach, playground, kayaks and paddle boats, a disc golf course (one of the best in the nation) a few walking trails, and a skate park! They also have sledding in the winter.
