My favorite Wadsworth places
This list is my favorite places in Wadsworth. Most are within walking distance!
This is my favorite place! Within stumbling distance of the apartment, it's right up the road. The owners are local, live just on the other side of the square, and are AMAZING! The crowd is also awesome. Their beer is brewed locally and they also have some other options other than beer. They don't have a full kitchen/menu but the apps that they do have our delicious.

The food here is made from scratch and second to none. A definite visit for lunch or breakfast. They don't have wifi because they want their customers to visit with each other instead of being connected. A great place for a sit down meal with a friend.

The BEST homemade cookies! The owner is also local to Wadsworth. It's super close to the apartment, but it's kind of tucked away. Definitely look this place up and drop in for some cookies.

This is definitely not walkable, but another GREAT local restaurant. Great for a night out or date night. It's attached to a hotel and has a wine bar, sports bar, and fancy restaurant all in one. Farm fresh, local food. I'd recommend The Galaxy at least once during your stay.

Tailgators isn't on the square, it's about .75 miles down College St. I've walked it though, takes about 15-20minutes Great crowd, great bartenders, great TouchTunes jukebox (w app), and they'll usually have sports games on the TVs.

Get the spinach (cheese) dip! It’s listed as Spinach Dip on the menu, but the name is misleading. It’s actually a white cheese queso type Mexican cheese dip w onions and jalapeño peppers and spinach in it. SO GOOD!

King's Street Cafe
Locally owned coffee shop with a drive thru!
Another great place on the square! The food is really good - I recommend the Peanut Butter & Jelly hot dog (I can't remember the actual name), the owner won an award for that hot dog! They also have a full bar at Sub Station. Also - check their social media because they have some cool events sometimes.

Another great option for a sit down Diner breakfast. The food at Valley Cafe is definitely better, but Alexandri's is a second great option. One thing to keep in mind - they don't take card. So make sure you have cash on hand.

Also not walkable, but another place worth checking out. Marie's is a great pizza place, local ownership as well. Great pizza!

Close to the apartment and a Wadsworth staple for Mexican! It’s very good Mexican and closer, but I think I prefer Casa Del Mar in Norton.

I've never actually made it to Kathryn's Craft Closet, but have heard so many good things! They were also on the news for a cool place in Wadsworth. If you're into crafting, definitely check it out. It's just off the square, so definitely walkable.
