Fort De Soto is one of our favorite Beaches! Located at the southern tip of Tampa Bay it has an amazing beach, historic fort, nature / bike trails, kayak rentals and plenty of parking. Just be sure to bring some cash, there is a $5 entry fee.

Great Bay side area Beach only 15-20 minutes from the house and it also features a great bike / run trail that has a pedestrian bridge over the bay for a great view and photos!
