My favourite restaurants
Siena and Tuscany hold a very ancient and respected culinary tradition all over the world. Starting with the appetizers: typically the local salamis and its cheeses are served in wooden chopping boards. Continuing the tradition meets the first Sienese dishes, the most famous is "Pici with ragù di cinta senese" a type of pasta that is made in the Sienese territory. Arriving at the main courses, you cannot miss the famous "Tagliata di cinta senese" and the "Scottiglia", two dishes based on meat with an incredible taste.
The side dish, well what to say, the "Fagioli all'uccelletto" are definitely an important Tuscan tradition. To top it off we have a huge amount of typical Siena sweets, you can't leave without having tasted some, if not all. There are 3 main names: Ricciarelli, Panforte and Cavallucci. Each of them is part of the Sienese tradition and can be accompanied by a sweet wine also at kilometer 0: the Vin Santo. There is nothing left for me but to wish you a good appetite !!!

In the staff you will find a rare kindness, in the kitchen the frankness of Tuscan flavors. Specialties: ribollita - rooster with bricks with aromas.
