My favorite restaurants
Included in the list are some of my favorite restaurants and recommendations. Most are within walking distance or accessible by streetcar!
I could easily eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Time Market! This is a great local spot just two blocks south of the house. In addition to great food whether you sit down or grab a slice of pizza to go, the market has a wide variety of organic produce, wine/beer, and other grocery options! I suggest walking because it is so close, but also there is construction near by and parking can be tricky!

B Line is located just a few blocks south on historic 4th Ave. I love this spot for breakfast burritos and great dinner options! They also have a great dessert selection on display.

Cup Cafe is located inside Hotel Congress and is open from breakfast to late night. This is a fantastic historic hotel which offers live music, various events throughout the year, great food! Don't miss out on visiting this historic hotel whether for a bite to eat, an event, or for a night out!

Maynards offers fine dining on their restaurant side and casual dining in the cafe. Located right next to the railroad tracks and restored active train station, Maynards is full of charm!

I've been going to Bentley's since I was a child! Located near the U of A campus, this is a funky coffee house with an excellent menu. Enjoy the local art on display and people watching. Open morning to early evening, no dinner.

El Charro is known for their carne seca, which is a dried beef that is shredded and grilled with green chile, tomato, and onions. The beef is actually dried in the sun and a traditional Sonoran dish!

Venture into the south side for some authentic tacos. If you don't speak Spanish you will need to pull out your google translate or else you might end up ordering a tongue taco! I'm not brave enough to try, but I have friends who say the tongue is delicious!

Open 24 hrs, this is a delicious and healthier taco shop. Great option after a few late night drinks!

The Mercado is a must go! Enjoy tacos at Seis or brunch/dinner at Agustin restaurant. After you eat you can shop in the local shops and grab a coffee or a Mexican pastry. You can get to the Mercado via street car!
