Visitors enjoy meeting birds of prey, snakes, tortoises, salamanders, and other native animal species. Outside there are picnic areas, tree houses, bird blinds, a spotting tower and 1.5 miles of walking trails. The nature center boast 2 of Utah's greener buildings, with hands-on nature exhibits and a unique gift shop. This wildlife sanctuary also offers field classes for children, teachers, adults and a rehabilitation facility for hundreds of injured and orphaned wild birds.
