Best Pho in the world, according to me, very nice shrimp Bo bun, too. Very cheap, (same owners as Lao Siam, a few blocks away, more expensive and Thai). Terrace in the sun !!!

There, I am at home. Pascal and Chika, the owners, are very nice, the place is vast, calm and sunny. The menu ? One plate of the day, each day, that's it ! Cooking is perfect, with a japanese touch.

I read somewhere this sentence "Is Le Baratin the best restaurant in Paris ?" Well, even if it's not, it sure deserves a visit. The staff may be a bit cold, just focus on the excellent cooking.
