Breathtaking views all around the lake and if you are an avid walker, you should walk from my house. It's about 1.5 miles from the house there. Note: no swimming and dogs must be on a leash town law

I highly recommend taking a beautiful drive over to one of my favorite NY parks for hiking and sightseeing. There is a glacial lake at the upper park and a more mellow (less people) lower parking lot for deep woods hiking
