Before sushi was a thing, Bizen was there for us with handmade pottery and a comprehensive menu wih everything a sushi bar might have - rolls, soups, sashimi, noodles, grilled specialties, drinks, everything. A few favorites - the Soba Noodles, the Binge-on-the-Fringe roll, the housemade soy sauce.
