If it's your go-to place, here it is. I do recommend going to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf one block in the other direction if you're not familiar with it. It's a SoCal icon coffee shop famous for the Ice Blended.

Gulp is a gastropub with an amazing selection of craft brews. Pretty good spirit selection too. Brunch and lunch as good as dinner options. Gulp, Sol (mexican) and Hopdoddy (burgers) are best places to watch a sports game.

Local Pizza Joint w/ beer and wine. Don't know if they deliver but it's only 2blks away. If you want delivery try Vinny's on Lincoln Blvd in Westchester. Good pizza, great value.

Vinny's is our favorite takeout pizza joint. Two large cheese pizzas for +/-$22. With two toppings on one pizza it comes out to about $28 for two larges. Can't be beat in this area.

The free Playa Vista Beach Shuttle runs Fri-Sun and goes from outside our building to the famous Venice Beach pier and stops in between in Marina del Rey. You'll see the orange buses running all over Playa Vista.
