Banana Azul is a staple for us! They have a great breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. They also are right on the beach so we like to go with the kids and eat lunch while they play on the beach while we sip on cocktails! Friendly staff, great wifi, overall a "must do" while in Puerto Viejo.

Banana Azul is a staple for us! They have a great breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. They also are right on the beach so we like to go with the kids and eat lunch while they play on the beach while we sip on cocktails! Friendly staff, great wifi, overall a "must do" while in Puerto Viejo.
The food at Chile Rojo is great! Good variety, fresh and always tasty! We like the Asian-fusion options.
