Eat it and beat it. This is a classic breakfast joint with a terrifying clown themed bathroom and the best greasy oh my that was so good food you have ever had. This is a one of a kind place, not to be missed!

This is not just a restaurant, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience food as art. The owner of the Willows Inn is not yet 30 and has already earned a Michelin Star or maybe even 2 or 3 for his interpretation of Northwest Cuisine. People fly in from all over the US and abroad to come to this humble and amazing place. Make your reservation well in advance and get a second job as this is not your average night out, but oh so worth it

Incredible selection of deli items, beautiful scrumptious wine and outdoor tables that look out over the slough. This is a VERY secretive spot and a must visit for anyone who has a romantic bent

All ages are welcome at the Temple. We have been coming here for years. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is velvet and dark and it's just plain wonderful

Galbraith is known throughout the world as a top mountain biking destination and we live at the base of this incredible mountain. Come experience all that Galbraith has to offer! You do not need to bring a bike to enjoy this incredible place. Hiking is also an excellent way to experience Galbraith mountain and we are happy to point you in the right direction for a day well spent in the clouds.

People sail out of Bellingham Bay to go explore the San Juan Islands. We have a charter service that will take you out there for a steep fee or you can rent your own craft from the community boating center for nominal fee. The San Juans are also accessible by the public ferry system that leaves out of Anacortes.

Parks & Nature
We get the most snow in North America, we have both crazy terrain as well as gentle slopes. The scenery at the top will make you cry and Mt Baker is locally owned and operated which makes it family friendly and kind of wacky. Watch for the lodge cats, have a bowl of the salmon chowder and fall in love over and over with the greatest place I have ever known. Yeah, we are biased but then again, it really is just that good!

Lovely the whole way up and then the reward of a beautiful lake that you can swim in at the top. Mushroom folks love this trail because of the seasonal variety and hikers are rewarded with amazing forest scenery the whole way up. Love this place!

Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous and they have a local coffee shop too. Visiting this park will make you want to move here.

I am a practical girl so here is my practical advice. Safeway is the best deal in town with plenty of organic produce and local stuff too. Save your money to spend at the Willows on Lummi Island

It's the bus. I do not ride the bus, but if you are inclined, it is right at the entrance to the neighborhood.
