This tiny coffee shop is right next to the CalTrain Station. They are famous for their "Nutella latte" (not high-brow coffee, but delicious!) They also have great panini at lunchtime.

In South America I fell in love with yucca fries and plantains - Gilberth's Latin fusion cuisine has these delicacies and more. I love their brussels sprouts, ceviche, & sangria. Also great for lunch.

Only open for lunch - this place has "real deal" lasagna. The proprietors are Italian and proudly make all their own pastas and sauces the old-school way. The "verdure" with pesto is my favorite!

This Russian Banya is about a 6 or 7 minute drive (or taxi ride) away. Not for the faint of heart, it has fantastic steam baths and saunas. If you go, drop by the cafe for a bowl of borscht.
