Well known place for good food and a cozy garden, climbing on the rocks just in the center of Årsta on a waking distance.

If you like beer, this is the place. This is a brewery and a restaurant with good beer and good food and a cosy warm atmosphere. They are nice with kids.
Summertime they have a big terrass along the water line and a bunch of activities.
Easiest way to go there is to take the tram towards Sickla udde and get of at Luma. Cross the tram rail and go down to the water. You have the brewery on your left, a big yellow building.

A wild park with walking paths along the water line with a beautiful view over southern Stockholm. Easiest access in to walk to Gullmarsplan and then turn left towards the city but before the big bridge. Follow a down slop to the water and then walk as long as you like.

Not only sightseeing, but also culture, amusement park, museums, music, parks and so on. Easiest way from our house is to take the tram towards Sickla Udde and get of at Luma. Cross the tram rail and go down to the water. There a ferry called Emelie leaves every hour. The trip to town is worth every penny. A nice day you can enjoy the sun deck with a view over the Stockholm city centre.

This is a public outdoor and indoor bath with swimmingpool both for small kids, playing and swimming. There are large green areas around and you can buy lunch, ice cream and so on. In summertime it's a good place for a break, watch people and cool down. You easily get there with the tram and bus 4, to Skanstull (one stop) or the subway to Skanstull. A walk over the Skanstullbridge is beautiful in good weather and should take you about 35 min.
