Downtown Melbourne. During the day, it is a nice walk to see the shops and have lunch. At night, many bars and restaurants are open late. They have a street party on the 2nd Friday of each month.

Surf-themed local restaurant chain. Really good American food and friendly service. They have a secret Lobster Roll (not on menu) that we love. They will make it if they have the supplies.
