There is always good quality exhibitions to visit and most are for free. Depending on the week there are shows, plays and cinema also for free. There is a nice cafe inside too.

The biggest bookshop in the city. They have 4 stores inside the Conjunto Nacional building from art, music, children's book, CD, DVD, novels and anything you can imagine.
