Once it was rezoned, bar and restaurant owners have come in and revitalized the neighborhood making it a perfect alternative to 6th street for a night out on the town. This is my favorite place to get a quick bite to eat. They make fresh tortillas to order and have great fire grilled meats for your taco, burrito, or bowl!

This is why people live in Austin! Great running and bike trails right in the middle of the middle of Austin. Plenty of open space to play frisbee, fly a kite, play ball, or just lounge. There are off leash areas for your dog. Find spots to rent a kayak or paddle board! Just have a great time outdoors while still in the city.
