The terrace at this café on the Amstel is glorious for watching the river lined with houseboats and other vessels gliding by. Great place to have lunch!

The large industrial building that was ones the head offices of a Dutch newspaper turned into some of the trendiest places to go out. You can just sense the creativity there plus the food is awesome!

The Marqt is one of the largest retailer of natural and organic foods in Amsterdam. I am truly a fan of this place! It reminds me a lot of Whole Foods from the states.
