Right across the street from the CZK Loft you will find this place serving up food, beer and conversation for locals who live and work here in Channel Center. Try the artichoke bruschetta. So good.

Cute coffee shop across the street. They also make pretty experimental sandwiches, and you can also build your own sandwich! Seating options are pretty scarce though, so it's best to take it to go.
