They have a bar as well as a Cantina style restaurant. The margaritas are great and the food is modern Mexican. It's quite loud and they have TVs throughout the restaurant and bar. Indoor seating only. It's also family friendly.

Best ice cream around. This place is unique and typical Fairfax. Families, teenagers, singles, basically everyone goes there to get ice cream. The prices are super reasonable for what it is. It's a small shop where one person is busy making waffle cones and the other takes orders. All organic ingredients and while they have some regular flavors, they rotate others in seasonally. Be prepared to stand in line for 30 minutes if it's busy (if the line goes out the door).

They serve two kinds of pizza (cheese pizza daily and a daily rotation of whatever pizza they choose to serve that day). You can also take a par-baked pizza home. Cookies are very tasty too...

They serve two kinds of pizza (cheese pizza daily and a daily rotation of whatever pizza they choose to serve that day). You can also take a par-baked pizza home. Cookies are very tasty too...
Super popular. Not sure why, but everyone loves this place. You stand in line, order at the counter, and eat inside. Fun atmosphere and the food is decent and reasonable. They seem to be open later than many other places in Marin (where most places close early).

Our favorite Thai restaurant in Marin. Super friendly service, good food (not spicy though), and nice atmosphere. White tablecloth, but like all Thai restaurants they're child friendly. Seating indoors only.

Spice-it-up option available which can be nice in Marin where most food is not at all spicy. Not super child-friendly, mostly couples and groups eat there. Small and a little loud, but manageable.

You can sit inside at the small bar or eat outside with sun shining in early evening. Recommended to go early to avoid waiting. Fancy soft-serve ice cream for dessert is amazing. They also serve wine and beer. No hard liquor (for that you have to go next door).
One of our best fancy restaurants in town. We go rarely, but everything is good. Large, modern space. They do take-out too which we didn't know about.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice selection of flowers, some gifts, health remedies, organic beauty products etc. A true Fairfaxian fixture.
