If you know the Munich Viktualienmarkt Saluhallen is quite comporable. You get fresh food from cheese, meat to fruits, vegetables and desserts. Recommendable are the small restaurants inside for lunch

Slottskogen is a great park to stroll through and relax. It is in 10 mins walking distance from our apartment. It has a small animal park, offers lawns for BBQ and hosts a very nice mini golf area
