Beautiful walk to this excellent cafe. Sit inside or outside overlooking marina. Enjoy the boardwalk views of Auckland harbour and the city backdrop. Carry on to city Viaduct, Silo Park and central city waterfront.

There's a good hour long city walk or quicker run underneath the harbour bridge and along the marina and back home. Right out of house - left into Ponsonby Road and through shops and along Jervois Road, right into Curren St and down and under the harbour bridge and along Westhaven Drive past all the yachts and boats - right across the busy road and along Beaumont street, right into College Hill and left at the top and you are back home.

Iconic New Zealand west coast surf beach. Great swimming and beach as well but be careful and swim between the flags as can be very treacherous . Climb Lion Rock and enjoy the view
