Very fascinating tour. Luther Burbank put Santa Rosa on the agricultural map with all of his genetic inventions. The russet potato was one of them.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. Two french brothers own it and they make their own fabulous pastries. Everything on the menu is delicious. Note: The entry is around the back of the building.

Pizza by the piece. I love their pizza. It is thin crust and usually really fresh. It is frequented by a lot of college clientele and it is very casual.
