Or you can go to Freshco or the Independent Grocery Store in Carleton Place as well. The two Independents are new and large, but the one in Carleton Place is larger. There is also a local butcher shop in Almonte. Both Almonte and Carleton Place have modern Hardware stores. Those in Carleton Place include the big box stores. Prices and service are better at the modern, local Home Hardware store.
