The university has it's own history, but if you just want to attend great events like the UP Lantern Parade, or graduation of relatives, or just have a stroll around campus, it is about 15 mins. away.

It is an up and coming Foodie hub in the metro, the street is lined up with quaint cafes and restaurants, perhaps the best way to get there is by a taxi, spend the day savoyring delectable treats.

Tomas Morato is alive with coffee shops and bars especially in the night. It also has a nice vibe and the crowd is quite artiste and professional being in proximity with the country's 2 media giants.

It's the closest mini-mall to the condo, about 3 blocks away, but I would recommend just hopping on the green tricycles to get there. It has good restaurants and a great Yoga Fitness center.
