Beautiful goat farm with playground, cafe and shop with locally produced foods. You may feed the animals. Set in the Amsterdam forest. Do expect to hear planes to fly overhead to & from the airport.

De Zwarte Kat is an old cafe at a canal which you may walk to, through the meadows and past the golf course. I have not looked at the food but their terrace is on the water which is lovely.

Wonderful, fresh sushi. I have not tried the chinese menu, but the restaurant is always popular. It is located on the edge of the tiny shopping center at 4 minutes walking distance from my house.
