My favourite restaurant in Auckland by far! Peruvian-Japanese deliciousness. Sexy, understated restaurant with a cool vibe and an equally cool bar. Food is always perfect.

Another excellent eatery in Ponsonby. Asian Fusion perfection for a casual night out. If it's warm the best seats in the house are the benches on the footpath for people watching along Ponsonby Road. If it's a bit chilly the heaters can come on and blankets will be offered!

The desserts are almost too beautiful to eat. Tiny spot filled with gorgeous cakes, gelato and terrines of perfection. Hard to walk in without walking out with a sweet treat!

One of Ponsonby's most iconic spots. The staff are fabulous, the food is always excellent and they do one hell of an Espresso Martini. Sit on the sidewalk and you'll watch Ponsonby walk by.

A quick Auckland getaway on a 35 minute ferry ride from Downtown. Almost impossible not to give Waiheke a day or two to check out some of the best vineyards and dining in New Zealand. Definite must see for any visitor!
