These Italian guys are super nice, and have the best pizzas and pastas within a 2 minute walk (Pizza Donna is not so good...). They're from Napoli, so the pizza is legit.

Fancy something more fancy? Le Hollandaise has been around for 20 years, and served French/Dutch classics. They don't shy away from the organ meat and their cheese trolley is to die for...

We may be biased because they are located around the corner, but we think this is the best Thai in the city. Their Pad Thai is a hangover favorite... As are all of their fish dishes!

Turkish cuisine. Of course you've seen all the kebab shops. But what happens if you make it a little better and nicer? This restaurant. Friendly people, but the place is a bit big.

One of the best terraces in Amsterdam. This great place is open all day every day. Read the paper with a cappuccino on the morning, or have a lovely dinner. Quality is not what it used to be.
