Oceanside Pizza Palace: Best micro brewery beer selection on tap, mostly from Victoria. Often open until 10pm whereas almost everything else shuts down by 8:30!
We recommend you request the thin crust pizza.

Island SodaWorks Bistro: This funky farm to table style restaurant got it's start on Dragon's Den for it's unique soda brewing techniques. NOTE: Don't let Google send you to the wrong address in Errington, as the Bistro has moved to downtown Qualicum!

Nothing special but it's a short walk from the house, down Garrett Rd and to your left. The breakfast are good, and the burgers are okay. No micro brewery beer here, just the basics, but it's a local scene.

Short walk from the house, down Garrett Rd and turn right along the beach/highway. Beautiful beach view, good microbrewery beer on tap, decent menu. Some live music (mostly weekends). Liquor store across the street.

Drinks & Nightlife
This is a restaurant/bar and about the only place for a cocktail after 8pm. But beware, they probably close by 10pm! Basically, Qualicum Beach has no Nightlife! You will have to find nighttime live music, nightclubs and bars elsewhere most of the time: Nanaimo, maybe Parksville...Cumberland has a cool music scene but it's about 35-40 minutes drive away.
