Food is always amazing. Great spot to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, etc. My favorite dish is the BBQ shrimp and grits-the sauce is to die for (And if you ate it every day, it probably would lead to an early death)!

Hot spot for Bendites on hot summer days. Enjoy great food and drinks at Elk Lake Resort. They have live music on weekends. Rent a pontoon boat, fishing boat, or paddleboard to get on the water.

A must see stop in Central Oregon. Hike Misery Ridge for the full experience! I prefer to hike the Misery Ridge loop clockwise- after the bridge go left and walk along the river first. I don't recommend this hike on a hot day.

There are a couple loops for walking/jogging. Shortest loop is about 3 miles, but you can extend it by going further north. There are multiple bridges to turn around and come back on the other side.
