Very nice old building in Town center and all important churches and the dome are nearby. Nice cafés and typical restaurants surround the Marienplatz.

Parks & Nature
The greatest parc in Munich with two rivers, horse carriages, Bike Rikschas, a nice lake and many small bridges to walk. Meadows where people meet and surfing on the river to watch, one side of the river for naked sunbathing the other side for traditional people. A must see in Munich anyway.... take the bike or walk by foot or skate on some trails. It is just wonderful.

You can shop all things for the daily need just near our house, because there is an ALDI - low cost shop - and some greengroceries, the pharmacy, bakery, butcher and fastfood places nearby. It takes you only 3 minutes to find all you need.

All shops for daily needs are here at a walking distance of my apartment of 5 minutes. Many small restaurants and fastfood places with Thai, Pizza, Chinese food can be found nearby.
