Steve is a nice host. He built the restaurant with his own hands and it has very nice atmosphere. I like his breakfasts. Call ahead since his hours are odd. 505-757-3016.

Definitely worth a visit. Nice museum and hiking trail. There are underground kivas and a ruin of a church. The scenery is beautiful. Also have a special program for limited access to fly fish.

Saturday mornings. Freshest vegies in Santa Fe but also pricey. Definitely worth a visit as it's a Santa Fe Tradition.

You can save money by skiing here although it is a 2 hour drive from our house, the lift tickets are only $44 at the time of this writing. Family oriented.

You should drive up the Pecos Canyon. There are places to stop and enjoy the river (you can swim at the pink rock by Dalton Fishing Area). Also great hiking and the entry to the Santa Fe Wilderness.
