This is the Journal Square PATH train that takes you to several stops on Manhattan. You can take the Gate 51 bus to here from my apartment, or almost any bus that drives by on Kennedy Blvd.

This ferry takes you across the Hudson to 39th steet in 8 minutes. Getting to the ferry could ride a bike, take taxi, or walk for maybe 20 or so minutes.
