Not sure why this appears as 'Bunz' but Cedric Bistro is actually a gorgeous spot owned by the same family as 'Bilbouquet' - a favorite spot with NY's 'ladies who lunch' - Cedric offers the same great french bistro fare but without the high price tag and precious attitude. Great sunny corner with huge windows too.
