Sun or fog, Golden Gate Park is heaven. The adventurous could easily spend a day walking the length of it down to the Cliff House for dinner and a cocktail at sunset. Amazing.

BEST thrift shop on the street. Unique, reasonably priced and well-sorted items, curated by decade and type in a way that makes sense to the recreational or serious shopper. A must for clothes fans!

The ultimate hangover brunch. The "eggs in a tasty nest" have cured many ills, not to mention the people-watching factor. On weekends, try to arrive before 10:30 or 11 to avoid a line.

Great place for a no-fuss bloody mary brunch where you won't have to wait and you can catch a game. They also just opened a plaza out front so you can sit outside on a nice day.
