Because it is in the same building as the apartment itself, with long opening hours (5am to 9pm), you can get fresh bakery and coffee here each morning. Try the chocolate swirl :)

If you are interested in art nouveau architecture, and ready for spa experience, Gellért Spa is a good choice and easily accessible with metro line number 4 (Szent Gellért tér).

Not the most budget friendly solution, especially if you go for massages or other treatments, but surely the most characteristic experience.

Rudas Baths is probably the budget friendly option for visiting a spa in Budapest, it has been renovated recently, the origins are turkish

Getting Around
Around the area of the apartment parking from Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 6pm is not free.
Corvin Parkoloház is the closest guarded parking house for cars, their webpage is only availabla in hungarian, unfortunately they stopped providing parking on a daily basis, a weeklong premission is 12000 HUF.

Szimpla is probably the most authentic ruinpub of Budapest, despite the fact that it got way too touristy in recent years, and only visited by tourists, it is still a must see location in the heart of the Jewish district, walking in the are at night you will find lots of similar pubs.

If you don't need fancy environment and would like to bond with bohemian young artist scene of Budapest, you can expect a friendly welcome in Auróra, with various live music venues, temporary exhibitions

360 Bar only exists for a year, on the top of a building on Andrássy út, the view is said to be wonderful, with reasonable pricing. Lots of my guests have thanked me separately for this recommendation, so there must be something there :) UNFORTUNATELY Bar 360 has to close down between autumn and spring.

Matthias Church was built by our first king, St Stephan in 1015, unfortunately it got destroyed a couple of times, reconstructed, destroyed again and then renovated. It lays in the heart of the Castle district near the Fishermans Bastion
