This is the best place for swimming in the City. There is no beach right at the point but there are two great ones just to the south. On the North Side of the Point are places where you can stand while in the water. The south side has some ladders to get out of the water and is a favorite spot for open swimming.

Beautiful Lagoon with trails. Take the #35 bus East to Damen Ave. (10 minutes) and walk south.
