Gradual climb from Adams to Cheshire; flatter from Cheshire to Lanesborough. Trail runs through Adams, along Cheshire Lake, and ends close to Berkshire Mall in Lanesborough where you can pick up needed items at Target, get a massage, see a movie, or get a haircut.
